2025 Cub Summer Camp Early Registration
Planning is crucial for a Pack and getting a summer camp date on the calendar early gives all families enough time to plan to attend camp. Having your Pack sign up for Early Registration lets your families plan around your 2024 Cub Summer Date.
2025 Session Opens June 1, 2024 – allowing Packs to reserve space and get their 2025 Summer Camp date on the Calendar before Fall Recruitment. Packs will also be able to reserve Webelos Outpost spots at this time.

Early Registration is open from June 1, 2024 - January 31, 2025
- Packs can reserve a weekend with a $100 deposit. Packs enter their estimated attendance for youth and adults, up to 20 spots. Note: this is only an estimate, Packs will be able to increase or reduce their number during the adjustment period.
- 2/10-19/2025 Packs confirm participant counts by making a $25 deposit for each individual. The original $100 payment will be allocated towards the final deposit total.
Frequently asked questions
- What if I need more than 10 youth spots, but less than the 10 adult spots?
- During the adjustment period you will be able to change the registrant type.
- Example if you need 12 youth Spots and 8 adult spots, you will reserve 10 Youth Spots and 10 Adult Spots, then during the adjustment period you can change 2 of the adult spots to youth.
- What if I need more than 20 spots for my Pack?
- Packs who need more than 20 spots can create another registration for $100 and reserve another 20 spots. Customer Service will then merge your registrations so you only need to manage one registration.
- What if I need to change my numbers?
- You can change your estimated numbers at any time. However, removed spots are no longer held and may be claimed by other Packs.
