Camp Staff Opportunities

Northern Star Scouting Camps are accepting applications for staff members for our upcoming seasons.

Camp staff provides a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the youth we serve. If you know someone that would make a quality camp staff member, please encourage them to apply for a position at camp.

Our summer camp season runs mid-June through mid-August while the Base Camp season runs year-round. Thanks to the amazing support of the Fred C. & Katherine B. Andersen Foundation, we are able to provide scholarships to all staff who are perusing post-secondary education. This last year, scholarships for first year staff started at $1200.

Can’t commit for a whole summer? The Counselor-in-Training programs are only three to five weeks long, they develop leadership and skills, and give you the opportunity to see what being a camp counselor is all about.
