Camp staff is an experience like no other – truly unforgettable!

Make a lasting difference in campers’ lives. Spend your whole summer working at a beautiful camp making friends, teaching youth, and having fun. Camp life keeps you busy with a packed schedule running program for the campers we serve but the opportunities, rewards, and experiences available to you on camp staff are endless.

Age Information:

• The minimum age requirement for employment is 15 at Cub Scout Camps and 16 at the Scout BSA Camps. You can be 15 and work in the kitchen or dining hall at the Scouts BSA Camps.
• Candidates that are 14 years of age (15 at Many Point and Tomahawk) may apply to be unpaid Counselors in Training.
• Boy Scouts of America standards require age 21 minimum for some positions.
