Join Us in Honoring our 2025 Class of Silver Beavers

The Silver Beaver Award was introduced in 1931 and is a national distinguished service award. It’s the highest level of recognition that a local council, with approval of the National Council BSA, can give to a volunteer. Recipients are registered Scouters who have made a significant impact on the lives of youth through service given to Scouting and the community.

Please join us as Northern Star Scouting recognizes and thanks all Scouting volunteers, celebrating those individuals who have distinguished themselves for their service to Scouting and the Community. Opportunity for fellowship will begin at 11:00 AM, the program and luncheon will begin at 12:00 PM, and following the program there will be a reception in the Commons Area of the Leadership Center.

Cost if registered and paid before March 17, 2025: $30.00 for Adults, $18.00 for youth 12 and under
Cost if registered and paid after March 17, 2025: $35.00 for Adults, $18.00 for youth 12 and under

Northland Recognition Luncheon

The committee has begun meeting for the planning of the District Recognition Luncheon. This luncheon honors our volunteers with awards and recognizes all those who’s dedication makes scouting possible in our most northern districts of Arrowhead and Boundary Waters. The Silver Beaver Award for the districts will be announced and awarded, as well as honoring our 2024 Eagle Scouts.

Fellowship at 11:00 a.m.
Luncheon 12:00 p.m.
Program begins at 12:45 p.m.

The cost if registered and paid before April 7, 2025 adults will be $30.00, youth (12 & under) $18.00. If registered after April 7, 2025 the cost will be for adults $40.00. No charge for Eagle Scouts from the Eagle Class of 2024!
