Welcome!
We’re so excited that you’ve decided to become a Scouting leader! We’re thrilled to have you on board and we’re looking forward to getting to know you! You will find many rewarding moments, working and playing with the Scouts in your den, pack, troop or crew! Your time and energy help create a successful program for these youth. And even though you signed up to help the youth, you will find that you will also gain new skills and new friends while Scouting!
We have a saying: “Every Scout deserves a trained leader.” You’ve already taken the first step by completing the necessary paperwork and Youth Protection Training. Next, we’d like to provide you with the resources to help you gain a deeper understanding of the BSA’s program as well as the nuts and bolts of your volunteer position.
