COPE and Climbing Committee

Oversees COPE courses and climbing towers for all council properties. Responsible for training of volunteers and camp staff to run COPE courses and climbing towers.

Volunteer Climbing Tower Training

Successful completion of this training course will allow volunteers to operate any climbing tower at our council camp properties. Participants must be at least 21 years old, attend both days of the training course and pass a skills assessment at the end of the course. This training does NOT include Natural Rock Climbing or High Ropes Course facilitation.

Dates: Saturday October 11th – Sunday October 12th , 2025

Cost: $125 Please bring your own lunch.

Participants must be at least 21 years old to get the certification

Time: 9:00am – 5:00pm each day
