How to Submit the Arrow of Light Transition after Crossover

There are two ways to submit your Arrow of Light transition form for your pack.

submit through MY.Scouting.ORg

One of the Key 3 from the pack the youth is transferring from logs into My.Scouting.org.

From the MENU select the "UNIT", then select "ROSTER". Select the youth that are transferring (can only transfer to one unit at a time).

Click on the "TRANSFER" (just above the roster). This screen will show the names that were selected. Select "UNIT TYPE". To select the unit they are transferring to enter the "UNIT NUMBER" (must be a four-digit number - i.e. 0010), and hit "SEARCH".

From the search results, select the unit they are transferring to. After the unit they are transferring from has completed ths process, one of the Key 3 of the troop they are transferring into will need to approve the transfer in the online applications manager.

Note: This does not work for out of council transfers

Submit a physical form

Fill out the attached Arrow of Light Transition form and have a parent of each Scout transferring sign on the signature line next to their Scout’s name. The Scoutmaster needs to sign the form on the bottom and include the Troop number the Scouts are going into. Once the form is completing either mail it into the office or scan and email it to [email protected].
