Visit the Leadership Lab with your Unit!

Looking for a way to give your Patrol Leaders a chance to learn more about leadership this fall? Maybe you have a group of Scouts that are getting ready to go on a High Adventure Trip and you want them to learn about how to work well together? Look no further than the Base Camp Leadership Lab programs!

Base Camp offers a one of a kind and truly unique experience for Scouts to learn about Leadership. This program will take place in our interactive Leadership Lab Classroom which includes an immersive virtual experience in our Leadership Portal Room. Scouts will learn what type of leader they are by taking a short Leadership Self Assessment. They will then take what they learn about themselves and apply it to a series of activities. 

Participants will walk away with some tangible action steps for how they can continue to grow and feel confident knowing that they have what it takes to be a great leader!

Just like all of our Base Camp programs, we take reservations 7 days a week including evenings! Programs must be booked at least 14 days prior to your reservation date.
