Fall 2026 Induction Weekends
Our Fall Lodge Level Induction weekends not only welcome new members into the Order of the Arrow, as well they encourage ALL Order of the Arrow Members to attend to help with service to our Camps. Our Lodge was one of the first in the nation to adopt the New Inductions Experience.
In addition, all fall induction weekends are also hosting Brotherhood conversions for ALL current ordeal members who have been an ordeal member for 6 months or more.

2026 Section g-11 conclave
Come and join Totanhan Nakaka Lodge for the 2026 Section G-11 Conclave @ Phillippo Scout Camp on September 11-13 as we celebrate “Centuries of America” as part of the 250th Anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
Section Conclave brings together all the Lodges from across the Upper Midwest for Fun, Food, Fellowship and Service. Order of the Arrow Youth will form colonies and work through tasks that test their skills in varying activities. There will also be the opportunity to give cheerful service and give back to Phillippo Scout Camp as part of the OA Service Corps (These options are available for sign up on arrival at the door)
This will be fun and exciting, where Order of the Arrow Members will meet fellow members from your local area as well in Totanhan Nakaha Lodge and Section G-11. Activities will include :

Flag Ceremony (Flag Retirement)

Activity Stations: Capture the flag, pioneering, First Aid, and maybe a water boil challenge…….

Lodge leadership development
Stearns Scout Camp | November 13-15
Lodge Leadership Development is an a Fun filled weekend as well as some awesome training hosted by the Totanhan Nakaha Lodge for current chapter and lodge officers, as well as ALL of Order of the Arrow members aspiring to serve in a youth leadership capacity in the future. Sessions offered during the training are taught by youth and adult subject matter experts, and cover a wide range of topics from member retention to conclave ceremony preparation.
