The annual Community Builder Celebration began in 1979 as a way to recognize the young leaders of tomorrow and the achievements of today's community leaders.

Please join us in recognizing community leaders and role models at the 2025 Community Builder Celebration on October 8, 2026 at the InterContinental St. Paul Riverfront.

Community Builder Award

We are thrilled to announce B Kyle as the 2026 Community Builder Award recipient!

As President and CEO of the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, B is a dynamic leader whose work strengthens the economic and civic vitality of the Twin Cities area. Her commitment to collaboration, business growth, and community prosperity has made a lasting impact.

Spurgeon Awards

In addition to the Community Builder Award, Spurgeon Awards are presented to outstanding community leaders and/or organizations that serve as a role model for young people. Check back for more information on this year's Spurgeon Award recipients.

Who Should Attend?

The Community Builder Celebration is an event for all who care about civic engagement.
