Counselor In Training To Be a Staff Member in 2024

Camp Northern Star's summer camps are seeking counselors to train this summer! Being a Counselor In Training is the best way to showcase your skills and earn a spot on our team of over 400 staff across our 5 summer camps.

As part of being a CIT, you'll be gaining valuable life skills, such as leadership, critical thinking, collaboration, initiative, flexibility, problem solving and new friendships. CIT's can also work on Scout advancement like BSA Lifeguard and merit badges while at camp.

The CIT program is open to all registered Scouts and Venturers who will be at least 14 (Cub) or 15 (Scouts BSA) years old during the summer that they are a CIT. Like camp staff, both young men and women are encouraged to be CIT's.
