Dominique Claseman - 2023 Youth Service Award

​​Dominique Claseman, the Eagle Scout from Olivia, MN who raised $70K to build a veterans memorial, received the Citizens Honor of Youth Service by the Congressional Medal of Honor Society. Of the 200 nominees, the members of the Society narrowed the list down to the top 25 and the living recipients of the Congressional Medal of Honor chose a winner for each of the six categories. Dominique nomination came from the President of the Congressional Medal of Honor Society.

He traveled to Washington D.C. with his family to attend several receptions with the other 2023 recipients of the Citizens Award. He also attended the wreath laying ceremony for the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery and received a full tour of the Capitol Building. Congratulations, Dominique!
