A Weekend of Fun Offered in the Spring
2026 Northern Star Scouting Spring Activities
This spring, Northern Star Scouting is partnering with CHS Field and the Saint Paul Saints to offer a robust, engaging overnight experience at CHS Field on Friday, June 19th!
Scouts of all ages and their families will be able to attend the Saints game against the Omaha Storm Chasers. Attendees will get a reserved ticket, a Saint Paul Saints hat, a special Saint Paul Saints/Northern Star Scouting water bottle sticker, and a meal voucher.
Starting one hour after the conclusion of the game, activities will be offered on and off the field, including:
- Inflatable axe throwing/archery
- a movie on the field videoboard- The Sandlot
- Behind the scenes tours of areas of the ballpark not normally accessible to the public
- Speedpitch activity
This is a great opportunity for you to take advantage of with your whole unit or family! For every 20 tickets a unit purchases for the event, they will recieve a free ticket for a youth or adult to use at the event!

Northern Star Scouting is also happy to promote the Spring Merit Badge weekend hosted by volunteers in District F. This is a great annual event hosted at the Almelund Threshing Grounds May 15-17, and offers access for Scouts to work on a whole suite of Merit Badges. If your troop is looking for programming in May, we highly encourage you to check out and attend this event!
