What Makes a Trained Leader?
Adult unit leaders are considered trained, and eligible to wear the official "Trained" emblem, once they have completed the basic training requirements for the position they hold. For a list of the required trainings for all Scouting positions can be found here: https://www.scouting.org/training/position-trained-requirements/
